  • What is the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • What are the shipping options?

TALIA arranges shipping from Leuven, Belgium via BPost, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Regular Prior Mail without tracking number:

  • Domestic shipping cost 5€, expected delivery time 3-5 business days;
  • International shipping cost within Europe 8€, expected delivery time 7-10 business days;
  • Shipping cost to non-European countries 9 €, expected delivery time 10-15 business days.

Registered parcel with tracking number:

  • Domestic shipping cost 12€, expected delivery time 1-2 business days
  • International shipping cost within Europe 15€, expected delivery time 10-15 business days
  • Shipping cost to non-European countries 16 €, expected delivery time 10-15 business days.

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Belgium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • When will I receive my order?

If your order shipped by regular Prior Mail without tracking number:

  • Domestic shipping: expected delivery time 3-5 business days;
  • International shipping within Europe: expected delivery time 7-10 business days;
  • Shipping to non-European countries: expected delivery time 10-15 business days.

If your order shipped by Registered parcel with tracking number:

  • Domestic shipping: expected delivery time 1-2 business days
  • International shipping within Europe: expected delivery time 10-15 business days
  • Shipping to non-European countries: expected delivery time 10-15 business days.

The delay is possible and can be caused by predictable (holidays, feast days, customs control, …) or unpredictable reasons (bad weather, strikes, technical issues, …) that is why above mentioned expected delivery times are approximative. TALIA cannot force delivery process and appreciates patience and understanding in this matter.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

TALIA processed more than 2000 orders for different countries from different selling platforms since 2014. Lost orders were very rarely. In case you did not receive your order within 15 - 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info[@]talia.best with your name and order number, and TALIA will look into it for you.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

TALIA is very accurate with processing orders and always communicates with buyers in prior before shipping. Well, a human mistake may happens. In case you receive a defective order, please contact us at info[@]talia.best with your name and order number. TALIA will find the best solution for you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info[@]talia.best with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

TALIA processes your order within the time specified in the description of the item, orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they have been placed. In this period you can contact TALIA and communicate possible changes. TALIA will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • Where are you located?

TALIA is located in Belgium, 3000 Leuven.
  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

All items are handmade using carefully selected Czech glass beads, Swarovski crystals, Belgian wire and another parts. Quality of each product is important and TALIA cooperates with the best and reliable providers.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

With hair vines, circlets, crowns, hair wreaths it's important to measure around your head in the position you would like to wear the hairpiece as the size of your head can vary quite significantly in case if you want to wear the piece on your forehead rather than at or above the hairline. If you would like a shorter or longer piece just get in touch with your measurements and communicate with TALIA the right length.
Measurement of hair pins, earrings, bracelets and necklaces always is mentioned in description of the item.
